A stunted, illgrown, and ill-conditioned person; a dirty, insignificant person, applied especially to children (Scotland and Cumbria, 19th century)
There is a terrific insult recorded by Wright:
"Ye bit useless weazel-blawn urf that ye are."
I sincerely hope 'weasel blown urf' is still in use!
